Reception
Reception is available 24 hours. Press 9 to call the reception desk from your room. Check out time is 12:00. There is an additional charge for late check-out. Please contact the reception desk for more information.
Checkout information
Suites must be vacated at 12:00 noon on the day of departure.
You may use the shower room in the Spa to refresh and change your clothes before leaving B Suites.
If you have booked a suite in advance for your own use on the day of departure, please contact the reception desk on the day before your departure to arrange your key.
If you would like to rent a suite for your own use on the day of departure, please contact the reception desk at least one day before your checkout date to check availability. In case of availability, the suite is at your service until 18:00. Daily use of the suite is an extra charge.
If you want to visit our store after checkout, you may keep your fee card and pay at reception before you leave. Please contact the reception desk for more information.
If you have a pre-booked breakfast and need to check-out before 7:00, we can arrange a breakfast package for you. Please contact the reception desk at 12:00 (noon) one day before departing the hotel.
Wifi
Wi-Fi is free in the hotel. Your personal Wi-Fi code is your room number, and the password is your birth date (Day / Month / Year).
Allergies
If you have any allergies, please contact the reception desk to obtain an allergy card that you can show in restaurants and grocery stores.
